Easy-book viewings
Once you find a property you love, email or call us and we’ll arrange a viewing. You’ll be shown around by one of our experienced team members who can answer your questions.
Arrange your mortgage
We work with an independent mortgage broker who can help you find the right deal for you. Having an Agreement in Principle will speed up the buying process and give you and the seller confidence that a property is affordable.
Finding a trusted solicitor
Using an efficient solicitor will speed up the conveyancing procedure. We can refer you to excellent tried and tested local solicitors who are experts in their field.
Arrange a survey
If you are taking out a mortgage, your lender will require a mortgage valuation. If you wish to arrange an additional independent survey, we can refer you to a qualified surveyor.
